No I'm not a Musical Theater major at my school ( Thank God!), but I absolutely love musicals! I try to go to every one my school puts on and been exposed to some that I would have never thought about going to! So what are y'all fav musicals and actor/actress in them? 1. WICKED! Neh!!!!! I absolute fav of all time! Who in their right mind doesn't like it i don't know! I've read the book and watched most of it on You Tube plus have the soundtrack. Lol my mom loves the song Popular. Though I prefer the original cast I like Robb Sapp as Boq, Julia Murney is an ok Elphaba and so is Saycon Sengbloh, Sebastian Arcelus and Derrick Williams as Fiyero . Though no can beat Idina Menzel and Kristin Chenoweth as Elphaba and Galinda (Glinda) 2. RENT Love the songs and Angel. Who doesn't love him I mean her? Anyways I don't really like the Broadway version especially the original Mimi ( hate her voice) but I love the movie and wish I had it! I have to deal with the soundtrack that doesn't have all the songs on it *sigh* But oh my gosh it made me cry each time I watched it. 3. Phantom of the Opera I haven't seen the Broadway version but I have seen the movie, soundtrack, and read the book. I wish they casted differently for some characters after reading the book but I'm ok with it except Ciarán Hinds who couldn't sing. . 1. Kristin Chenoweth is my fav musical actress! Did I great Galinda, and love how she song My New Philosophy from Your a Good Man Charlie Brown. And she's been in so many shows and movies to that I didn't even know! I just found out she was in Bewitched 2. Idina Menzel is very close behind KC. Love her voice and how she portrayed Elphaba. Also love her in Rent as Maureen. She and KC make a great on stage pair! Songs: 1. What Is This Feeling? -Wicked 2. Take me or Leave Me - Rent 3. Past the Point of no Return - Phantom of the Opera 4. My New Philosophy - Your a Good Man Charlie Brown 5. Hopelessly Devoted To You - Grease

WOOT! sounds awesome, probably really funny, did they make a movie about it, think about it, that how the phantom of the opera takes place, the two guy that used to work in the metal industry decide to have a huge play and then the Phantom brought the smackith down upon their faces.

CHENO! Yeah she was in Running with Scissors and was a really good actress there. But it wasn't her usal funny role it was great though.

There's a link to a few of her scene. WARNING: you may not like the clips if the idea of her kissing another woman's neck or the fact her gay son walks in on them. Did I forget to mention she plays the mother of a whacked up family?

I haven't seen Running with Scissors, but yeah it doesn't look anything like the roles I've seen her in. Man its so not fair my friend got to meet her when she went to New York with the Musical Theater majors at my school. They went to see The Apple Tree and they were able to meet her. Oh and I have more musicals I like to add to my list. Les Miserbles - I've only seen the 10th anniversy concert but I still loved it. My fav character is Eponnie. Bout the only real tragic character in it. Moulin Rouge - I really didn't think I'd like it, but I watched it over the weekend and was like COOL!!! My fav songs are The Tango Roxanne, and Your Song. I think its cool how they out songs from Sting, Elton John, and Modonna into it. Plus the Duke is played by the guy that was Dracula in Van Helsing.
